[SM] Official IRC Server

[SM] Now has an official IRC Channel once again! It's located at #ShadowMavericks on irc://irc.esper.net . Our channel can be used not only for general text chat, but for communicating with players in our official HL2 Servers without needing to be in-game, and RCON.

Need a chat client? Try getting the "ChatZilla" addon for Firefox.
